Choice

I think the best argument for vaccination is the poor argument against it. A huge number of people are vaccinated with no side effects. Today's vaccines are about as safe as many of the minor conditions they claim to prevent. The greatest danger of vaccines is the total loss of parent's rights to refuse unnecessary and expensive medical care for their child. It really doesn't matter too much what you choose, the fact you get to choose is the most important thing, large numbers of people can be wrong, but having a choice is a fundamental right, without this you have nothing.
