Could Lack of Dietary Diversity Create Pandemic?
Many of the things that make us sick are very small, our immune systems create and use antibodies to remove suspect proteins. Our bodies require proteins to build cells and create energy. We get these proteins from our food. Pathogens can evolve to mimic common food proteins, then people who develop immunity become sick from food. This sickness from food, reduces reproduction thus creating a less diverse more vulnerable population. Vaccines containing trace amounts of common proteins may be causing the sudden rise in immunity to these proteins. Also association of sickness with dietary change in schools could be a factor. The next pandemic may wear the sheep's clothing of a common food like wheat, corn or soy.

Solution: Offer more dietary choices and additive free foods. Eat sustainable fresh local food instead of preserved food from far away.
