Crime in Sandpoint
Sandpoint had a major crime problem, involving the fiduciary abuse of children often by the federal government.
They put huge amounts of chemical grade sodium fluoride in the drinking water because they used a confusing the parts with the whole fallacy saying. that fluoride was safe and good for teeth based on tests of calcium fluoride. They put some victims of the poisoning in a special needs class and told them physical activity was too expensive, because they were "special needs". They routinely deprived children of liberty storing them with pointless assignments, that were even more pointless because many of the "normal looking children", like me never developed the motor skills to write readable. They also had a special needs class for kids who did not look totally normal. They were understaffed and the janitor had to find disappearing David, my brother who stopped talking after we both got an unnecessary polio vaccine.
Usually I either felt like I had to go to the bathroom constantly or didn't get any warning at all. My parents acted really strange, like we were evil monsters who deserved to suffer for things we couldn't control. They got a lot of help from a lot of entities, many of these entities were not helpful at all. I was the "normal" child, but far from normal. I was obsessed with games and numbers. I had sort of a Manchurian Candidate up-bring. Old school, "Would you like to play a game of solitaire?" Anyway the main ingredient in alphabet soup is embezzlement, they were to cheap to even put letters in my watered down alphabet soup, which I ate with an impressive lack of success. I went circles through hall ways, looking for an empty room. I didn't even know where I was exactly, I remembered the blocks and the same questions. They did the same stupid tests and though they couldn't agree what, it was it was something they had never seen before.
Mary looks like the youngest, but she is really the oldest. Mary's handwriting is distinctively unreadable, so Mary gives her answers orally, with an unusually irritating voice and lots of additional whining, challenging authority, poor personal hygiene and a face so snotty it bleeds.
I broke my jaw, when I was 12, No one even noticed. They tested the "disabled" kids excessively and refused to make any accommodations that actually costed money. They said they didn't have funding to even purchase a magnifying glass for the legally blind kid who was taking algebra. They created a realistic conflict that turned violent, by forcing high schoolers to compete to fund their extra curricular activities, after the roof of the high school caved in due to poor building and management. They antagonized conflicts and even put in cameras to watch.
Give Mary plenty of time. Mary can answer the question before you finish asking it. Remember kids don't ever say can't, humor the adults and let them make their own determinations. As long as you try your best they will pass you out of pity or disgust half of them will, half of them won't but if they don't pass you through the first time they slip you through some back door to meet some quota to please the feds. Attendance is real important and if you look disgusting enough, they will send you home without punishing you for it. Most of us were on drugs and most of us didn't know it. The greatest crime ever committed in Sandpoint, was to look at something in a public school and not ask how much it costed. It can be expected that science would follow money. Humans can exhibit so many interesting behaviors, there ain't no other way to go. Trained and motivated in panhandling the children of Sandpoint flood the streets selling overpriced goods with sad faces. If only the children could get the things that had been paid for so many times.

As Madam Marie Curie proved the safety and effectiveness of using radiation in the treatment of disease, by dying slowly of radiation poisoning. Perhaps there is a bigger problem of "theft by deceit" at Cancer Charities than poor children faking cancer for gas vouchers? Quite a lot of interesting crime, in Sandpoint if you behave and don't do anything wrong long enough, they can get you for resisting arrest. They had people who were like water zombies and would do anything they asked on the police force. Come on vacation, stay on probation come back on violation. Parents were so convinced they had "bad kids" they often abandoned their children, than it got to be the children, just couldn't support the next generation. My grandmas both worked in the medical industry, and for what? To perpetuate a doctrine, that over time turned out to be mostly untrue vain things, sold for the purpose of profit. The use of shame, fear, guilt love and "EDUCATION" to convince people to buy the most ridiculous products you can possibly imagine often for other people they don't even know.

The detention kids in the study hall/detention/storage room class had been there all day long with nothing to do but play with thing that did not belong to Mrs. Adams. Sometimes rats are smart enough to escape NIMH, sometimes they aren't.
