Did Armio City Council Approve, Spraying Chemicals On Domestic Population Without Consent?

I am still upset this is absolutely not OK with the working people who live here. They are spraying defoliants near farm animals without the consent of their owners! I know the owners and they were not there of notified of this. You can't just poison someones garden, they were approaching a garden and horse properties! What makes them think they have a right to spray near flowers and pets? It's like the Beverly Hillbilly in revers the poop bugs them from 2 blokes away and you'er allergic to the hay...They are ruining our gardens and violating our food rights, we'd send them back to park ave any day! Poor guy thought a silly little mask was enough to protect him, in a riding lawn mower, I wonder if he can even walk.

Please tell them that Armio residence love their pets and it is not OK to spray defoliants near them, thank you. They do not have the consent of residence and residence where not notified! I am very concerned that people are dying because they don't know that silly little mask won't protect them from cancer or the other dangers of defoliant use. Please protect the grandpas and grandmas who might not yet be educated about ecology and the cancer dangers of defoliant use.
