Project Water Shade

Hurricanes are caused by heat energy evaporating Ocean water, if we could instead collect that heat energy we could prevent hurricanes.
Project Water Shade, is about raising awareness of how humans can increase the comfortable surface area of the Earth to support larger and happy human populations.
