Free Speech Threatened in South Idaho

What ever happened to free speech? Why should anyone put their money in the control of the banks, that made, people homeless in the first place? Don't let expensive speech drown out free speech.
Ask charities how they spend their money, hold greedy City Councils accountable for waste.
The charities have failed the homeless already. People need help before they fall into lending and check cashing scams. Banks are marketing credit to 2nd and 3rd graders, but a merit badge in "financial literacy" won't prevent banks from exploiting peoples identities and charging off outrageous fees for banking errors or just plan bad luck.

How can anyone have a safe stable home, when lenders can break rules, sell contracts, hide fees, punish those who can't pay, and collect donation victims begging on the street?

Once a person is in debt banks, can garnish wages, so most jobs won't boast a person back up to having nothing.

Grants are only given to certain people. In order to get housing grants, they want people to beg for rides, fill out paperwork and live in unhealthy environments. Seems to me that certain landlords are favored for grants in spite of inadequacies, will others are excluded over fixes, that are unnecessary.
They start people out in a position of having to beg for fixes and inflate the housing costs beyond what they "help" with requirements. The cost of apartments has been inflated to take advantage of grants, so low income people, must deal with, wait lists inconveniences and civil rights violation, just to hope for a home, they may never get. Than if the housing falls below standards and the landlord won't fix it, people are forced to move again, I see no protection for the rights of the poor, just the intrests of businesses exploiting the grants.
You will know the charities of South Idaho by the fruits, they are trying to cover up and silence, so please understand, that will those who claim, falsely to support the poor, can buy advertisement and run big in your face fundraisers, and have websites for donations, can afford to "spend up to $1,800 on 10 anti-panhandling signs." because they are the ones who get public money. The people with the card board signs tend to get pushed around and have an extremely high cost of living.

"Wyatt Schroeder, executive director of the homeless service CATCH, fears these signs might be contributing to a negative stigma that vulnerable populations already feel. He said he would rather city leaders be focused on helping and healing.

"“If I could place a sign in Nampa, it would say, ‘You deserve a safe and stable home,’” Schroeder said.

Kling said she hopes this effort does not have the same effect as what took place last year. Instead, she hopes the signs serve as a proactive discouragement of professional panhandling in Nampa.

“For those who live here that need help, we have help for them,” Kling said."

From what I've seen, the real professional panhandlers are not using cardboard signs but the well paid CEO's of "charities", who get the premium advertising spots at banks, grocery stores and football games.
