Open Letter to Donald Trumps, Build the Wells

Mexico is wide open and under defended, why don't we just ask permission to go down there and start putting in wells? We add more water into their ideal climate and people will move the their direction...Than we can centralize the criminal element with a big fancy Casino and modern security system. Of course they will have to take the Trump name off the Casino, if it doesn't meet the high Trump standards...
