Free Speech and Expensive Speech

I think free speech should be a right for everyone, but expensive speech is not a right and organizations spending millions of dollars to collect money in the names of people they do not represent are inherently wrong.
Weather it is Autism, arts, sciences, religions, poverty, children, women, or illness charities have an implied obligation to the people they represent and to put their needs ahead of corporate interests. Represented individuals deserve high quality low cost products, at little or no cost to them.
Weather free or expensive, speech should be judged on the basis of credibility. A loud voice should have little value unless the information presented is of value to consumers of that information.
It is important that expensive speech be controlled, because it can overpower the free speech that is a right.
NASA does a good job of providing services for the people they represent, they produce free open-source products for the public.
The American Cancer Society does a poor job of providing services for the people they represent, they produce services that bankrupt the people they represent and exploit them for more money.
