Black Money Matters

Black people are smart they know what they want and were to by it. They do mot need laws and rules to tell them how their money is spent, and you know what because of the redshift, we all look black from far away.

Reasonably people who chose how their money was spent might not want to pay, police to harass them, schools to store them, or government agencies to hand out tainted food will spraying everything with weed killer and destroying natural food sources. They might not want to pay for health care that keeps them sick or government agencies selling unsafe products or people to tell them there just isn't enough money for them to have food, after they wasted huge amounts of money causing the disability or hardship that caused them to ask for food in the first place.

I think that letting blacks control how money for them is spent, is of key importance to protecting them from abuse.
