Is Dale Hatch Using Arimo City Funds to Inflate Land Prices and City Taxes?

It appears that Dale Hatch career politician/real estate speculator, is trying to take the opportunity to further ecologically destroy Bannock and the environment, before escaping the consequences of the scams discovered by the Idaho Lorax.

My observations suggest Dale Hatch purchased the horse pasture, after the pig farm was put in, with the intent of violating Arimo citizens rights to inflate the value of his personal property, before Bannock county residence pursue criminal charges over the dirty deals, he made with polluters.
