What Happened to ISU'S RISE Complex?

Nuclear energy is inefficient, because it uses more power, than it creates. Also note that it would contribute to global warming because matter is literally being turned to heat, also it causes stress for species that help regulate global temperature. In other words, we have dumped quite a bit of money into a wasteful impractical product, that was most likely invented for the primary purpose of creating a quick energy release, to terrify aggressive enemies.
