Well Mueller Indict Germans For Election Meddling?

Seems the majority of the election meddling, I saw came from German Pharmaceutical companies, who desperately wanted Hillary Clinton, for president, because they wanted to continue robbing us blind with "healthcare", without accountability. They want to continue making donations to tax payer funded 501c3 "charities" and using them to buy up products, that are not easy to sell, because they are expensive and or defective. Schools have been noticeably targeted, by industry marketers offering "free" products paid for with federal funding. Colleges were hard hit with Clinton campaigns and this clearly effected the election, yet I haven't seen much about this and would be interested in knowing more.
