Peace Games
What about training for peace? The Air Force needs, an educated community. Why not educate the public about aircraft? Please teach Idahoans how to tell a propulsion spiny thing from a collection spiny thing. They replaced the old propulsion blades on plains with modern technology and recycled them into windmills with a strong urge to fly and nowhere to fly to. Now it's past time we put in upgraded spiny things and brought the old ones down for public entertainment and training purposes. I've heard some of those blades are so big we could hook bungee cords to them to help people train for odd gravitational situations. Old windmills are eating wind with knives, it's time they got more spoon like upgrades.
Stay tuned, for about windmill efficiency, and the giants who ate wind with knives.

Florida would be an excellent place for wind collection devices. These should be fully skirted for amplification and equip with wind collection blades, not propeller blades. Slow that wind down.
