Rape Culture at Portneuf Medical

The drugging of patients without consent, seems to be a big problem for Behavioral Health at Portneuf Medical Center. Patients are being *ewed out of communication rights before they make it upstairs. It seems unreasonable to expect the staff to take care of so many people, who are so drugged up they fall down. It also seems they are not fully notified of what has been done to the patients and how it may interfere with their communication. This problem should be addressed.
