Thor's Hammer
Thors Hammer is a mythical device, that could turn Thorium into Argon and Hydrogen gases. This may be the cause of thunder, lighting may be triggering natural Thorium or other elements such as Neodymium, Halfium, Zirconium, Zinc or Calcium, in the ground, to transform, making the loud thundering sound. Thor was said to have used the hammer to thundermine governments and rule as a God.
Be careful with this, E=mC squared is a lot, even if it's just a tiny rectangle, best to flip a switch from far away and only try this if you are a trained professional.
